NBRICE Angling Product Warranty 

Thank you for choosing NBRICE Angling Products! We take pride in offering high-quality fishing equipment designed to enhance your angling experience. To provide you with peace of mind and ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following warranty for our products. 

Warranty Coverage:  

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and varies depending on the specific product. Please refer to the product documentation or contact our customer support for warranty duration 

details. 

 

Warranty Benefits: 

  • Repair: If your NBRICE angling product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge. The repair will be performed using new or refurbished parts, at our discretion. 
  • Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired or a similar model is not available, we will provide a replacement product of equal or greater value. 
  • Warranty Transfer: The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the product within the warranty period. Please ensure to provide the original proof of purchase when transferring the warranty. Also ensure a copy of the original warranty registration is provided. 

 

Warranty Exclusions:  

Please note that the warranty does not cover: 

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage. 
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product. 
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications. 
  • Loss or theft of the product. 
  • Damage caused by accidents, fire, floods, or natural disasters.

Please note that any shipping or transportation costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer. 

Products must be returned for inspection clean and dry. Any products received in an unsatisfactory condition may be returned to the sender without inspection.

Please note, the additional warranty does not apply to secondhand products, demo/ex-display, refurbished products and samples sold through sites such as Nearly New. 

Our warranty is an additional benefit provided to you and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
